Church Organist & Pianist - Jordan Nylander
Jordan began accompanying our Chancel Choir and providing piano and organ service music in March 2016. His passion is in communicating through music.
He graduated with a music degree from Vanguard University in Southern California. His primary studies were piano, composition, and jazz.
Senior Pastor - Bob Sievers
Pastor Bob joined our church staff in January of 2005
after serving for 11 years in Ontario, Oregon. He also serves as Chaplain for both the Thurston County Sheriff Dept and the Lacey Fire Dept.
Church Secretary - Glory Stewart
Glory joined our staff at First Baptist in October 2017. Previously she has served on staff at Youth With a Mission, The Bridge Christian Church, and Seabreeze Christian Church in the areas of administration, youth work, sound engineering and worship ministry.
Visitation Pastor - Caroline Lehman
After retiring from her career as a Registered Nurse, Caroline began her seminary studies. She was ordained and joined our church staff in 1996. Her caring nature makes her a wonderful Visitation Pastor. She is a member of our Chancel Choir and she leads the Cancer Support Group.
We use both the Old and New Testament as the foundation for our faith and the inspiration for our daily lives. We put those teachings into practice at home and at work.

in October of 1871 during the Washington Territorial period
of 1853 to 1889.
Minister of Music - Dan Alexanian
Dan joined our church staff in April 1997. He is the Director of our inter-generational Chancel Choir. He is also the Headquarters Deputy Director of the Office of Drinking Water in the Washington State Department of Health.

Associate Pastor - Mark Rambo
Pastor Mark's ministry responsibilities focus on Spiritual Formation for all ages, including our Youth Ministries.
He gives leadership to our House Church, Emmaus House, which meets on Saturdays at 630pm. In addition, Pastor Mark facilitates many of our community ministries including the Sunday Feeding ministry, Table Grace.
